John’s experience spans four decades, both in engineering and landscape architecture. John Slaker was principal and founder of John Slaker Design Group which he operated for over 20 years. John Slaker worked as an Associate with John Meyer Consulting Engineers from 1980 – 1986, prior to which he had worked as a Senior Associate with Raymond Keyes Associates Inc. from 1964 – 1980. John’s work has been concentrated primarily within the New York area. His approach to design is hands on, as he is personally involved with every project from the genesis of design through construction, allowing him to ensure clients the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail, creating a project, which will be appreciated for years.
